"Kym is the best realtor we have dealt with. She was always ready to show us a property and even found more properties to look at when we were out and about looking. She is very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell selling houses is her main job, not something she does on the side like other realtors I have dealt with. She was with us from start to finish and went above and beyond helping us with the purchase of our new townhome in Kennesaw. She actually introduced us to the city of Kennesaw, as we were looking more north, but thanks to her, we found the perfect city in the perfect area for us that wasn't even on our radar. She is very dedicated to her profession and was always there for us for any questions or issues. She even helped us with the home warranty the seller was offering by choosing the plan and adding extras to protect us. She has a great personality and is absolutely wonderful to work with. Finding Kym was the best thing that could have happened to us as we moved to Georgia. We are picky and have owned a few homes and have dealt with several realtors in the past. Kym is everything you would want in a realtor. I would highly recommend her!"

"My husband and I worked with Kym as first-time homebuyers. While we ultimately purchased a home we love, we were disappointed with the level of guidance and communication we received throughout the process.We were encouraged to get the home under contract first with the understanding that negotiations would follow. While we understand that sellers don’t have to agree to every request, we often felt we weren’t given enough strategic guidance or advocacy to help us make informed decisions. As first-time buyers, we were relying heavily on our agent’s expertise.One example was the temporary occupancy agreement. Looking back, we don’t feel we were fully advised on the risks or the options available before agreeing to those terms. We also identified errors in our closing documents before closing that we expected our agent would have reviewed with us.To Kym’s credit, she successfully negotiated a contribution toward our closing costs, and we appreciate that. We also genuinely love the home we purchased.However, the overall experience left us feeling that we had to manage much of the transaction ourselves rather than having an experienced advocate guiding us through one of the largest financial decisions of our lives."

"Kym Fleming was absolutely awesome to work with! She is down-to-earth, friendly, family-oriented, patient, and very knowledgeable about the different areas in Georgia. "From the day we met Kym it has been an amazing experience. She is kind, fun, and a pleasure to work with. She was quick to adapt to our needs and understand what we were looking for. It's important to have someone who thinks from your perspective when looking for the perfect home. It's like she read our mind when we were touring homes and knew when to bring things up or when to let us think and ponder. That type of people-skills is rare. From a personality standpoint she is really incredible. From a professional aspect she also shinned. This was our first home purchase so navigating that world is complex, but she helped guide us. She will take your call any time of the day or night. And if you are not familiar with something regarding home buying, mortgage, inspection, escrow, legal, etc, she will walk you through it. A true professional in the industry. And it seemed like she has a person or company for whatever we needed along the way. Having that type of network of inspectors, loan officers, contractors and other experts definitely makes the process smoother and less scary. What I appreciated from Kym as well is how fast she moves. Always on top of it and always thinking ahead. Having someone who has your back and can get you to the finish line is priceless. I would recommend her to all my friends, family, and strangers!"
